I bought this because I thought the seratonin would help with my anxiety and the triptofan would help me sleep. All this medicine did was give me a servere headache and couldn't sleep. It makes you feel worse than better

I was skeptical before but still wanna try it. After taking the pills for a few days, I do have better mood and feeling more motivated.

A perfect product for me. Makes me feel more alive. Does not help me sleep but that's not what I'm looking for.

It arrived with some tablets crushed to powder. I’m not sure if this has to do with the shipping but I would rather much prefer it to be in capsules that way it doesn’t turn into powder when it's being dropped accidentally. On its effect. I would say it works after 6 months of consumption. No side effects except slight drowsiness(consume at night). The change was very unnoticeable and slow but eventually, only towards the end of 5 months, I started to experience fewer mood swings and feel more sociable. To this very day, I feel great without the need to order more. All in all, I would recommend it but it is highly suggested that one should first consult a physician before buying especially if they are feeling down. It might not work for everybody.

One of the best I’ve tried really helps you get a good night sleep and and helps with anxiety and stress . Will definitely buy this product again.

It's a great vitamin, I could feel the difference in a few days. But the pills came broken and I didn't like that, but it's worth the value and money.
