The Cataract Cure: The Russian eye-drop breakthrough: The story of N-acetylcarnosine

I read this book cover to cover in about 45 min. It provides great medical information on cataracts and non-surgical treatment of them. After my husband underwent surgery in both eyes to remove cataracts, I determined that was definitely NOT something I wanted to experience. I'm told I have the beginnings of a cataract in my right eye. I believe this book contains information that will help me reverse this cataract. I purchased the drops recommended in this book and am already seeing better after about 4 weeks of use. If you are interested in learning more about cataracts but don't have a medical degree, GET THIS BOOK. It is great.

I didn't know they were just pamphlets I was looking for eye drops that's why I ordered 2. It was in the eye products where I was looking for eye drops for my dog. I guess I should read better

This book totally explains why these drops work to dissolve cataracts without having to go through surgery. I've known Amazon to sell these Can-C drops for years. Wish I had known about them when our dog, who lost his sight to cataracts. They are safe for animals as well as humans.

I found this an interesting book but won't know if the product works until tried. I am totally against surgery, especially in this age of infection, malpractice and socialized medicine. So I will explore further methods for treatment.

I am a retired physicist working on a clean planet,unfortunately, a cataract occured in one eye. I was waiting for my cataract surgery, but was reluctant to have my crystalline remouved. I was thinking about a possible alternative, since, Edgar Cayce, Dr. Norman Walker and Dr.J. Reilly who treated Bob Hope had seen remission by diet and osteopathic treatment. This book convinced me to try the N-acetylcarnosine eye drops treatment described in it. It is a clever approach, worthy of a serious trial. I have done the treatment for one month now and will continue for one year.

This is not a book - it is a sales brochure. It is selling a particular brand of n-acetylcarnosine. I thought it shocking that they actually charge for this so-called book. Any information in this book is available on the web.

Have cataracts developing for about 5-6yrs. Have dry eye syndrome also. Have used Can-C for about a month. Have seen improvement in eye sight slightly already and the dry eyes feel much better,using drops only at night. I plan to continue use until my next appointment in six months. Expecting no more cataracts.

This is basically a long ad for his own brand of N-acetylcarnosine drops, Can-C (available on Amazon and elsewhere). Paying for an ad is bad enough, but there is little evidence for the claims other than personal accounts-which may be true but not science. I am using another brand of the same product and will see if the claims come close to being supported.

The fifty million dollar questions. Do cataract eye drops work and if so how? I have yet to meet an ophthalmologist who says they do and the scientific basis given here is feeble. Still an interesting if speculative read.

Very informative, I ordered the recommended product

Like other buyers of this book, probably, I have bad eyesight - both cataract in both eyes as well as wet macular generation in both eyes. The one thing I would have expected this book to give me was wording in a much larger font. Given that the book is thin in content, it may have helped the author if he had plumped out the look of the book by increasing the font. I personally cannot read any words in the tiny font. I have read a page or two by reading the Kindle sample instead of the paperback book and will need to view the paperback via a hand-held magnifier. I cannot give a review of the actual content until that has happened. A Kindle version of this book would have removed this problem for those with poor eyesight, i.e., probably the main category of buyers of the book. June
