Love these needles!
I love this brand of wooden knitting needles. The wood feels good in my hand, yarn slides easily on them without slipping and they are very durable. Would recommend these to any knitter.

Great feel and function beautifully :)
I couldn't wait for these to arrive, so I bought a cheap set of plastic needles to tide me over in my mad urge to learn how to knit, and there is such a huge gulf of difference between the two - WOW! These feel very sturdy and, when I rubbed them through my hand, incredibly silky. There's no guessing that this is a quality product, and I've been enjoying learning how to knit all the more with these guys in hand. I'm looking forward to getting more sizes and would definitely recommend them to any newbie knitter. I just wish I had more time to knit!!! :)

They are knitting needles for goodness sake.
I knit a cotton washcloth on them yesterday and they are nice, they are not too light, which I was afraid of, and the wooden texture is nice and slippery, I was afraid they would have friction as I tried to slide stiches but they are nice and smooth.

Happy knitting!
I've never used bamboo straight needles before but I wanted to try them out because I've heard good things about them, and I have to say, I agree with the hype. I realize that what type of needles you use is highly personal, but bamboo just seems to work with me. I have arthritis in my hands and the bamboo isn't cold and unyielding, so maybe that's what it is. I have to say, though, that if I were using highly textured yarn, I would probably use my plastic needles, but since I usually use smooth yarns, bamboo works for me.

Nice weight and smooth
These needles have worked well for me. I like them better than metal ones. They are less noisy and less slippery. They are a favorite target to chew on by my young puppies, so I have to be always certain they are out of reach.

Good amount of grip
I'm a beginning knitter so I have not had a lot of needles to compare. I started with a steel or aluminium needles which were somewhat slippery. The bamboo needles had the perfect amount of grip and a good point. I used them to make a blanket and it was a good experience to use these needles.
