Bought this for my hubby for Christmas . He is an electrical engineer and loves robots. The first problem he had was the instructional Cd will not run at all. He looked up the instructions online and started putting it together. Then he noticed lots of missing parts: (3) 3 pin Dupont cables(1) 4 pin Dupont cable, Missing (8) M3x5 +6 brass standoffs ).M3 x 10 screws are too long for motor control board. Motor control board heat sink is too tall or brass standoffs are too short . Also from the video and pictures with this review, you can see that the screws are too long for the top panel to fit together. The black piece in the middle is too big. The circuit board piece on the second picture is also vertical and suppose to be horizontal. My hubby has already put in hours of work in this and doesnt want to return it but it looks like it will not be able to be completed even with the missing parts. Will update review when resolution has been made.*******Updated on 2/6/19:The company reached out to us about this product. We had purchased the parts to complete the robot already. They reimbursed us completely for the costs. We really appreciated the effort this company went to. Above and beyond service. So we are changed from 1 star to 5. Thanks again!

Got this for my son for Christmas 2018, He only just started putting it together about a hear later. The instructions are bit sketchy once you get the CD to work. Also its Missing screws. I was able to figure out a replacement for the 1st one he said was missing, Now its missing three more. So far I don't see any missing "major parts". Trying to figure out were to get the specific screws now. I don't see away to contact the seller, doubt they would even have the parts.

I really like this Kit. All the parts are quality parts and the instruction was very clear; it was also including sample code.
