LOVE THIS PRODUCT
Ladies, don't judge me. I can describe myself as the famous line from Mean Girls, "It's not my fault I have a heavy flow and a wide set vagina". I am a momma of 3, have naturally wider hips, and I do have a very heavy flow thanks to uterine fibroids. I have been using menstrual cups for about 5 years, but was never able to find one that would not slide down and out once it was heavy from collecting my flow. I also found that the menstrual cups designed for "heavy/heaviest" flow didn't cut it on my heaviest 2 days, and I was stuck changing it every few hours, or I would end up creating a mess on myself if I didn't catch it and change it on time. This product has made my life SO MUCH EASIER. It comes in a two pack, a smaller one (I consider standard) and a larger, "momma sized" one. they have a very unique bell shape that opens up very wide in comparison to the base where the gripper It's made of a strong and thick silicone that has a lot of bounce, so it's great for bending into shape for insertion. It has excellent suction, DOES NOT MOVE OR SHIFT, so no more messes and leaks, and I love that when my flow starts to lighten up, I can switch out to the smaller of the two. The little holes that are at the rim for creating and breaking suction are big enough to clean without getting a toothpick involved. It has a storage container, but it's made out of plastic so we'll see how long it lasts. but the product itself is PHENOMENAL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!......AND AND AND its LESS expensive than buying a single divacup!

Satisfied and highly recommend the product
I did a lot of research before deciding on this product. There's a lot of talk about what kind of cup you should use based on age, flow rate and what position your uterus is at. I'm 33 with no kids. Over the past 3 years or so my flow has greatly increased. I went from 3-4 regular tampons a day to using 3-4 super and super+ a day. So fast forward to the first use of the tampax cups. I started using the small cup. I used a small panty liner just as a backnup and took a few tampons with me as a back up until I can figure out what works for me.. based on the videos and various research I thought the small cup would be fine, but found that I had leakage. (You will likely have a little spotting due to the residual in the canel but shouldn't have any dripage or continued spotting). No issue I just switched to the large cup. (It was great to have an option and back up). Fast forward again. Now I know I need the large cup until my flow decreases. However don't count on a full 12 hours of protection. Due to my heavy flow I will make it a point to maybe empty every 3-6hours. (Based on the first overnight use, I had some leakage). Listen to your body you will know what you need. Overall I found the punch down method the best for me for insertion. (A little lube or water will help but not needes).Ensure you run your finger along the bottom to ensure the cup is fully seated and creates a proper suction. The extraction takes a little getting used to as it's a bit more intrusive than removing a tampon. Always grab the bottom of the cup, NOT THE STEM. This will release the suction, don't worry your fingers may get a little messy the first few times but you'll get used to the technique. The extraction is a little rough but bear down, relax and give a firm tug. Empty into the toilet, rinse off and reinsert. I look forward to saving money by not having to buy tampons and the security of knowing I don't have a period smell.

Don't buy the set of you are new to menstrual cup
I tried menstrual cup years ago at that time there weren't so many options and I hated it. Recently for some reason I decide to give it a try again. The package is super fancy, includes some wipes and liners. I'm shocked how large the heavy cup is. So I only try the regular one. The material is very thick and seemingly high quality however it is difficult to fold and hold in my hand to put it in. I struggle a lot for the first time to put in in, kinda want to give up, then I relax a bit and brute force it in again and I did it lol. It is comfortable and I didn't feel anything after it was in. And totally no leak for around 10 hours. The removal is another struggle. I was trying to release the vacuum and put it out, no luck, and I end up brute forcing it again to pull it out. I guess I need more practice try not to brute forcing thing again. However I regret that I purchased the set, I should have only brought the regular one only. The heavy one is wayyy too big and because the material is so thick I don't even want to try to put it in. Maybe after I get more familiar with the regular one, I may give heavy one a try. At the mean time I have no desire to even try to put the heavy one in.
