What a device! This thing is awesome for recovery post workout or for injury recovery as well. I am a physical therapist and have experimented with different electrical stimulation devices. None of them parallel the convenience, ease of use, and wireless capabilities of this device. I currently have the Duo for myself and use it on my shoulder for my injury as well as for my legs or my back. Customer service is awesome too!

Packs a lot of punch in a small compact unit. Simple setup, great app. No connectivity issues. Received as a gift and tell everyone about it. 10 star product IMHO

Love it so far! Using it for ACL surgery prehab. The battery life on the main unit seems great (haven’t charged it yet in 7 sessions, and it reports 61% left). I considered wall plug units with more electrodes but I’m glad I went with this because I am not tangled up in a batch of wires- can even move around the house with it on.

The ease of use is unparalleled. The total time it look from picking up the package off my porch to muscle stimulation was inside 15 minutes. Phone connected no problem, the device came with an 80% charge, no complaints there. The pads are also reusable and hold a decent stick. For example I did both knees with the same pads and no issues.

product was okay. didn't see the extreme premium over competing products to justify cost.

Really helping with recovery of my calf injury.

Pros - love that it has bluetooth to my phone; no separate controller. Many programs. Diagrams about pad placement. Both TENS and muscle stimulant. Cons - the pads are not very sticky and seem to only be designed for placement to very flat surfaces. Trying to use on my shoulder and the pads do not adhere to any curve of muscles or my arm shape. The diagram shows a huge male muscle and in the same spots, the program largely doesn't work due to the pad not lying flat. Skin is clean (alcohol wipes) and they still come off. Trying to find some workaround, otherwise might have to go back...

Sehr gutes TENS-Gerät. Meines Erachtens gibt es auf dem Markt momentan nichts, was in punkto Steuerung und Flexibilität hier heranreicht. Die Steuerung mit der App bedarf einer kleinen Eingewöhnungsphase, ist aber eingängig und es macht schnell Spaß, verschieden Stimulationsarten zu probieren. Hier gibt es in Auskunft bestimmt Updates, die die Anwendung noch umfangreicher und übersichtlicher gestalten. Ich kann den Ärger um den Micro-USB-Anschluss nur eingeschränkt verstehen - dieser funktioniert einwandfrei und aufgrund des relativ kleinen Energiebedarfs böte USB-C kaum einen Mehrwert. Viel Spaß mit einem der sehr viel veralteteren Geräten der Konkurrenz. Ich kann nur dieses Gerät weiterempfehlen!

Ich habe mir den PowerDot Uno 2.0 direkt nach Produkt Erscheinung Anfang 2019 gekauft. Seit dem sind unzählige weitere Programme wie z.b. TENS dazu gekommen. Das Gerät ist schön klein, eine Akkuladung hält für mehrere Anwendungen. Die Bedienung über die App ist klasse und ich bin vollkommen zufrieden. Deshalb habe ich mir nun hier bei Amazon einen 2. Powerdot UNO gekauft um ein Duo zu haben. Von mir eine Absolute Empfehlung.

Hallo, ich fahre Rennrad und damit ich jeden Tag meine Leistung abliefern kann hab ich mich dazu entschieden PowerDot auszuprobieren. Regeneration ist ein sehr wichtiger Bestandteil in diesem Sport und ich kann sagen das durch dieses Produkt die Regeneration an Effizienz gewinnt. Liebe Grüße.

ich teste da Produkt seit einer Woche und bin bislang zufrieden. fünf Sterne gibt es, wenn ich es über einen längeren Zeitraum getestet und mehr Erfahrung damit gesammelt habe.
