If you are feeling run down, out of sorts, this will help you get back yo your old self.. I add milk slowly mix it to a paste so it’s not lumpy then continue adding more milk till you get it how you like it.. you can take two large spoonfuls twice a day, or three smaller ones, three times a day….you can use water or other juices etc, but, I think milk is best……..keep at it you’ll soon feel the difference in yourself. Normally buy from chemist, but this did not taste or smell the same, could be my taste buds but as l said before it did not taste or smell right
