I have been using this for 3 months everyday in my ninja creami ice cream and now they become ultra smooth and thick. Before this it was icy and now it taste like store bought ice cream. I now can make high protein low calories ice cream now. I also been using it in pan sauces they become very thick and a pleasant mouth feel.

This stuffs awesome... Very little makes things very thick, water>gel>paste the more you add Secret lubricant? 😏
