Worked great for the first couple days. After that, the screen went dim and wouldn't brighten up. I thought that maybe the ribbon became partially unseated, so I took it apart and I couldn't get it to brighten up. So, I bought another one to replace the one that failed. I'll have another review for that screen. It wouldn't let me write another review for the second screen. Needless to say, the second screen worked perfect until my kid shattered it. Third review below. The third screen I got worked like a champ also. Easy installation and no complaints. I got a case also to hopefully kid-proof my phone :) Customer service was incredible. They contacted me about the first screen and after I explained the issue, they refunded me for the first screen. I'll always come back and purchase here based on product quality and customer service.

So install was pretty easy after a YT video or two. The only problem I had was there was a bunch of protective plastic to peel off. I missed 1 covering the lenses on the back which caused the adhesive strip to not stick and it took 3 times of pulling the glass up to find it. But other than that it works great! Just like new!

I have replaced my daughters digitizer a couple times now. This includes everything you nee, except directions. Look on youtube for how to replace this specific digitizer. Replacement took me about 15 minutes. My only negative is that the screen protector left about 1/16 in at the edges unprotected. The screen protector does not fit perfectly. Otherwise, this kit includes everything you need. It is not a hard project if you have the tools and knowledge. This kit includes the tools. Look to Youtube for directions. My daughter is quite happy with the new screen on her phone.

Do not buy this product!!! The first screen i ordered had lines through the screen and touch screen did not work. The second screen i ordered worked for exactly two days and just quit working. It is just black and does nothing. I put in for a return and since i already replaced the first one the only options is to request a refund of $0.00. Gal dim out roughly $30 and have received two screens that are complete junk.

Very good product! My first time replacing a screen and it wasn't difficult at all. Like the other review said just watch a Youtube video to help you out. Only Cons are that I didn't receive the wipes and that the screen protector it's a little bit small, but I don't mind too much about it.

I got it the next day. It was broken at the top and had a crack in it. No worries they replaced it. It works well easy to install. It really bothered me that Samsung logo was a blacked out line. Bottom line they sent a new out took care of me. I would be more happy if was more clear logo was blacked out. worth the cost fixes your phone

I used this to replace my screen for the first time ever. It worked perfectly the first time, but the second kit I got had some pieces that looked pretty used - I didn't really care, it did the job. Unrelated to the product, IF YOU ARE a novice like me, do not expect things to go well, I was fully prepared to purchase a new phone if this did not work.
