DISAPPOINTING
I have been using Tea Culture’s Sun-Kissed Assam black tea for the past year or so. The initial packs that I bought from the stores were wonderful and tasted as advertised by the company. Moreover, the pyramid tea envelopes are amazing and one can actually see the tea leaves unfurling in them as advertised, but this is where it gets a little funny. Recently I bought 4 boxes of the same online and surprise surprise, many of the tea envelopes had about 90% tea dust and only 10-15% leaves. Now the company is charging for tea leaves and giving tea dust. Kind of being dishonest don’t you think? Also the taste that one gets from teadust is completely different from tea leaves. Please Dr. Rupali look into this and solve the matter ASAP. Incase your intention was to give tea dust only then it’s the last box I’ll ever buy.
