BestCircle 40 LED Photo Clip String Lights

Arrived all in one piece none broken and my daughter loves them. We have had these for several months and they are in good working condition and of good quality the clips sometimes break but that is my only complaint and the company sends extra for that reason so it’s no big deal. I would recommend this product and I myself would buy again

My daughter was so excited for these lights to go in her room. We hung them up (super easy with the hooks they give you) & they look and work great! HOWEVER, we chose these lights because they came with a remote. We pulled the plastic out of the remote upon arrival (as it says to do in the instructions) and it has never worked. With a working remote I’d have given 5 stars, but to receive an item and have it broken right out of the box is very disappointing. *** UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 stars instead of 2. The seller emailed me within minutes of my complaint and is sending me a new one promptly. FANTASTIC customer service!

Just received and hung these clip lights. They arrived undamaged and everything works as it should. They look great in the room for our teen. I only wish they came with more wall clips (comes with 4) and I wish the clips were able to be secured more securely to the bulb. I used thumbtacks for the extra rows. Wall shown is 5' wide. This strand did 3 rows. I used a USB wall plug as power source. I am very pleased with the look. They were just what I needed. I hope they continue to work well.

We wrapped these lights around my daughter's "princess" bed and its the perfect touch. When we received the lights less than a year ago, the USB plug in was damaged (think it happened during shipping). Well, my husband rigged it but it eventually gave out. I emailed/reached out to the company to tell them about the issue and they were helpful, responsive and sent a replacement immediately. I'm absolutely floored by their outstanding customer service and their diligent efforts to make this right. As a result, you have one happy Mama and little girl! You'll love the lights and the remote features - BUY it!

Some of the clips arrived broken, I would return for a new one but there is too much uncertainty to if I would another set undamaged. Other than that, its a cute addition to my bedroom.

The features are great. I love the remote and all the different light options and dimness. It makes my room look so nice and I am able to hang little pictures up. I love it. The only problem I have noticed is it tangles so easily and the clips pop off but they pop back on so no issue.

My teenage girls love their lights. Upon opening the package and setting up the lights we noticed two clips were missing. I messaged the company and they responded to me immediately. Without hesitation the company made it right by replacing my order. This company cares about their product and customers. If you are on the fence about ordering, don’t be. These lights are seriously too cute and great quality.

I got these for my daughter who will be going to college in a couple of months. She used them in her room at my house and absolutely LOVED them! Unfortunately, the wiring became disconnected from the plug and the lights stopped working a couple of weeks after we got them. We contacted customer service and not only did they offer to replace them for free, but they followed up quickly and gave us updates along the way. The lights are a great value for the money and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!
