This is a very fine grain and delicious couscous. I do not know why the grocery stores carry only rather horrible couscous mixes full of various dried ingredients that just get in the way. Plain couscous has become nearly impossible to find. There is an entire world of flavor difference when you start with a good product. Unless you plan on using this in one meal, plan to store it in a glass jar with a tight lid as the plastic wrapping is temporary at best. Mine was carefully packaged from Amazon.

The couscous is great, but the bag sucks. Hard to open and not in any way resealable. Had to pour it into a Tupperware. Also expensive. I'm seeing bulk couscous for half the price per oz.

I grew up with this couscous and to me, that is the only couscous I can use when I make Tagines or Tabouleh. The grains are very fine and fluff easily in a couple of minutes with hot water. It’s very easy to make and versatile. Season it with salt and olive oil before putting the hot water on top of it and cover it. I make it in the bowl I will serve and cover it with a plate. It’s the easiest thing ever.

One of the best texture in instant packaged couscous. Sadly it was heavily rancid. It went straight into the compost pile. Not good.

Very tasty, good long expiration date, well packaged and came in perfect condition. Very very delicious. Will buy from this seller again definitely.
