This item came fast and was easy to install.

Did not fit my tap, I couldn’t even find a transformer or whatever that thing is called to put in between to make it fit. I called customer service at amazon who could, the most do, give me a refund if i send it back (!! What a favour!) after so many trips to try to find stuff to make it fit!

Der GEYSER EURO Wasserfilter lässt sich wirklich super einfach an den Küchenwasserhahn anschrauben – auch ohne große handwerkliche Erfahrung. Das Design ist kompakt und stört optisch kaum. Das gefilterte Wasser schmeckt für mich leicht anders, aber nicht unangenehm oder künstlich. Wer empfindlich ist, merkt den Unterschied vielleicht minimal. Der Wechsel der Kartusche ist unkompliziert und schnell erledigt, was ich sehr praktisch finde. Die mitgelieferten Kartuschen sind von guter Qualität und das System wirkt insgesamt stabil und durchdacht. Für alle, die eine einfache und zuverlässige Wasserfilterlösung direkt am Hahn suchen: Klare Empfehlung, macht seinen Job gut!

Mini taille ...Maxi effet ! Très efficace, mais matériaux plastiques. Bonne solidité, mais j'aurais préféré du métal. Efficacité immédiate ! plus aucune odeur de chlore ni de mauvais goût. Pour le reste je ne suis pas chimiste, la technologie semble encourageante. À utiliser que pour remplacer les bouteilles d'eau en plastiques, pour vous désaltérer, quand votre eau du robinet n'est pas agréable, en particulier au goût. Attention à bien respecter la notice et réduire le débit d'eau quand vous utilisez le filtreur. Une filtration lente est plus efficace. Donc une carafe d'eau en verre est votre meilleure alliée. Mais cette fois, plus besoin d'attendre que l'odeur de chlore disparaisse, vous pouvez boire immédiatement et elle restera "translucide" sans calcaire plus longtemps, également plus pratique pour remplir bouilloire, machine à café etc... La petite taille du modèle est très pratique et vous le positionnez à la verticale du côté qui vous convient, ça conditionne alors la position de la valve (filtration/non filtration) Pas de gêne pour faire la vaisselle, tel que positionné. ---si vous aviez un embout mousseur, celui intégré n'est pas de bonne qualité, fait un jet de travers et pas vraiment mousseur. Il est incompatible avec votre mousseur, car la pièce en plastique est plus épaisse et donc trop étroite pour y intégrer votre mousseur standard. Par contre cette forme de "tête arrondie" existe en métal, donc plus fine et compatible avec la taille des mousseurs standards, j'en avais dans ma boîte à outils, j'y ai remis le mousseur retirer pour placer le filtreur. le filetage est parfaitement compatible. Même aspect puisque la pièce de remplacement était également en métal chromé. (Deuxième photo, dans la main la tête qui était livrée avec) 5 étoiles quand la tête ronde sera compatible avec les mousseurs standards.

The purifier is excellent; tap water tastes MUCH better. If you have a spout that is short on threading, you will need to buy an adapter with more threads (¾ inch/~18mm longer) to be able to reach the aerator on the purifier. The company that sells this is stupid. The helpdesk answered my questions with the same response over and over…. It will probably take you an extra month to receive the correct adapter. For me in Sweden, it was a 24mm—-22mm piece that I needed to order for an extra 12€ from another distributor. Send me an email if you need more info.

I ordered the package: system with two cartridges and received just one cartridge with the system. I used the contact template to complain, but after I received a note with explanation that it must have been a confusion in the delivery handling, it happened nothing more. Very sad. Service it part of the product - and so the product is not as described
