Good quality but does not solve the purpose
It's a normal elastic band. Not sure why they called it headache band. No option to increase or decrease the pressure. Its design flaw I would say as different head sizes, preferences cannot be accommodated. It should have velcro at open ends to adjust the length or pressure

Very helpful in migraine headache.. Earlier with headache i could not sleep but this band helped me to sleep evwn during bad headaches.. Must buy item if you are suffering from headaches

Not very useful as the headband is loose. There is only one size and head size differs from person to person.
