The colors are bright and have a good contrast with the background. It is a board book, very good quality paper, and no glossiness, hence the pages are easy to be viewed by babies/toddlers. The pages are bonded well, has round edges and safe for kids. My 4 month old baby loves to hear the rhyming and giggles all along, especially with the "Squash and Squeeze". A cute little read, that gives you the opportunity to add your little imagination, by making the animals' and their actions seem more fun!

Love Julia and Axel.. They never fail to charm us with their work. A big message given through a simple story.... Awesome illustrations and lovely words make this book a must have... My 3 year old loves reading all their books. Delivery was wuick and price that I got was also discounted. Product was brand new....

Well i didnt know what a classic i was missing out. Lovely short illustrated book. Just the right thing to read out to your kids. My daughter loved it immediately.

One of the best JD books
Love the gentle rhyme of th book and the subtle lesson at the end. With 2 kids under 5, our family is a big fan of JD books!

A Wonderful read!
This is a wonderful book: a simple message brought out in a super fun way. My one yr old doesn't get the msg but she loves d pix of d pig raiding d larder, d cow dancing and d old lady screaming with her hands up in d air!! Trust Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffler to come up with d fun-est books of them all!

It is a timeless classic written in a beautiful understandable yet sophisticated English language. Highly recommended piece in your kids library.

Cette histoire est très drôle et grâce à la répétition permet de faire travailler des enfants sur le vocabulaire anglais. J'ai également acheté le livre d'autocollants assorti et il est très bien fait.
