Product received was as described with combo of Miles stapler 23/8. Product is excellent and the material used is very hard. Though the finish looks plastic but when you touch it..it is kind of professional and well built. I am not sure what happens if there is any heavy falls 6-7 times. I guess it will survive as it is not delicate and made of hard material. About usage i fixed my sofa myself by inserting foam and tightening the belts from all sides and covering it with sofa cloth material. I stappled 3 full strips of the staplers which is around 300 staples for my 6X3Ft sofa. I am not a pro in sofa fixing but i manage some repairings myself. The punches hit by the stapler is super fast and it worked flawlessly on the wood. You dont have to apply much pressure on the front of the stapler. Its just you need to place it properly and press the lever. The instruction to insert the pins and how to use is already printed on the box and on the stapler itself and is easy to use and understood by any one. Even though the lever pressed is a bit soft but my palm had swells around the thumb area after continuously punching 300 staples. May be because I am not used to do it. So suggesting a break when you working on a big project as your palm may not be use to punching continuously. Also I found one smart function of the stapler not sure about it but when i am trying to staple at a particular area and if there is already a staple in that place then it is not stapling and the hit goes blank. Not sure but i experienced this 7-8 times. Last but not the least for safety measures do not give it to kids for playing with pins inside. Thank you.. Happy stapling!!
