Review: Highly Recommended! - this book had been in my MUST list for a long time. He has covered everything we call dessert in this book. Gorgeous photos , good explanation of the recipes. Some are really superb, some mmm - i may not even to attempt (ex.: Rice pudding with roasted rhubarb and tarragon). But the cookbook is very beautiful. Review: Awesome book for dessert lovers - This book is pure genius. Love the recipes and the presentation. I returned it once as it was not handled properly by the vendor and came damaged. Finally got my flawless copy! So excited!

The food was completely damaged
The books contain some amazing recipes but the book delivered to is in a damaged condition with green stains like a used one
