What is important is don't sale people a cellphone, that is a dud, like mine was.
Please, don't buy this phone or any I25 cellphone. I only had this phone for a month and a half and it stopped working for me, it doesn't take most of the apps that I needed. This phone turned out to be a dud. Again, please don't buy this phone. You will not be satisfied with it. I promise you, that it is no good. I have really got stressed out, just having this phone. I will put this in all caps " PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PHONE, IT'S NO GOOD." I hate writing this bad review, but it needs to be notice, so you don't have the same problem as I had. Now, I am left without a phone and I don't have any money to get another decent phone. The one that I want is a Samsung S25 1TB, phone. I have to save up for several months to get this phone that I really want and I pray, that it doesn't turn out to be a dud, if it does turn out to be a dud, I will never buy anymore phones from Amazon again. I am praying that I get lucky with the Samsung S25 1TB, if it turns out to be good, I will write an excellent review for it, otherwise I will warn everyone not to buy cellphones from Amazon. Good phone so far

Fraudulent advertisement: 5g not available
This BVNA I 25 ultra smartphone is a fraud. The cellphone is not 5g as advertised. The cellphone is only 4g. There is latency with wireless and network connectivity. Some apps will not connect unless tapped many times. I do not recommend the BVNA I 25 ultra smartphone.

Data and Apps don’t work
This phone does not worth the money. I can’t even download WhatsApp on it. My data doesn’t work. I bought this phone in August of this year, 2025 for Africa. But have been having difficulties getting it to work.

Camera
Work's okay but the only problem I have now is that the camera stopped working I have to restart the phone and can only take 1 picture I use the camera mostly for work so it's annoying I can't use it

Telefono con falla
El telefono se reinicia solo y la red de wifi es intermitente, no puedo saber por que esta pasando eso, parece que la antena del internet tiene algun inconveniente

Very disappointed on the quality
Very disappointed with this phone the quality is horrible. If I was able to give no stars I would but that's not an option here

Unlocked does not mean compatible
This phone was supposed to have dual SIM chips and it didn't and it is not compatible with Straight Talk it took me 2 weeks to get it to semi work
