DWA-131 Wireless N Nano USB Desktop Adapter (Black)

i bought this for my cpplus cctv camera and it work perfectly in dvr and catch wifi signal well

I rated it 4 stars because the product I received was different from what was shown on the Amazon listing—the model I got has no cap, no LED indicator, and looks the one in the video. While the device works flawlessly on both old and new systems, the discrepancy in appearance feels like a compromise. It functions well, so no complaints there, but the listing should be more accurate and include important details like the WiFi version, which isn’t mentioned anywhere.

This WIFI adaptor is a waste and useless product. Don't buy it and don't waste your money, because for this adaptor installation Driver is neither available in D-Link drivers download website, nor provided in the form of CD in product packet. Without installing Driver, this adaptor is not detected by computer. so this adaptor is useless. This adaptor is of Version F2 ( written like this on the product Pack). For this F2 version no driver is available in D-Link portal. For other versions, Drivers are available. I searched internet deeply for driverfor F2 version. but is available nowhere.

The product received is looking quite different from the product showing in Amazon webpage. May be the old stock or earlier version.

Perfect wifi dongle. Already bought one offline. This delivered was exactly same. No net drop offs. Blindly go for it.

It's a good product , writing this review after using it for more than a month , works fine , easy to install , driver CD included , only thing i noticed is that sometimes it gets disconnected on it's own and you have to un plug and then again re plug it to make it work , it only happens when you are downloading some huge file for example from torrent ( it happens when doing some very extensive work over internet ) so i guess it gets over heated and gets disconnected , for day to day work it doesn't get disconnected , it's fine VFM product .

For some reason my ASUS barebone M3A-3200 wouldn't recognise the Netgear wireless dongle which we had been using for a while in another machine (ACER 5100). Having a D-Link DIR-855 router I chose to go with the same manufacturer to try and sort it out. It worked, the signal quality is good enough for it be used in a bedroom, where the signal is passing through a floor and a wall. I can only give this product 5 stars as it does exactly what I wanted it to do and it does it well, is unobtrusive and is relatively inexpensive. Upload and download speeds are better than expected for a small dongle
