I like this melatonin version a lot. It acts quickly and leaves no groggy morning. The flavor isn’t amazing but is palatable with a quick rinse of water.

Taste is yucky , for me at least . Product seems to work well but takes time to get your system to get use to it. I think it works well so I ordered 2 more bottles . Well been on it now a few months , ordered 3 more bottles , have suggested to friends and now they buy it as well . We all want to get off prescription drugs for sleeping ,

Does mix with water, it would just reduce the symptoms. ( it to you own personal prescription )

Quantum / Dr Marshall’s products were the first natural products I ever started using in the mid 1990’s. I used to love his radio program too with all sorts of health questions answered. I’ve had sleep issues for years. This particular product did not work for me only cause I found out my sleep issues were more hormone & stress related. My husband wasn’t sleeping well. He’s 42. This works for me like a charm. I've been taking nightly for two months. Wonderful, deep sleep. No grogginess or side effects.

This product did not make me feel tired at all. I was laying down trying to sleep for 3 hours and felt nothing. But when I got up to get a drink of water I could barely stand and suddenly felt dizzy. I've never taken another melatonin product that has done that. I would go as far as saying that this is probably not melatonin at all.
