UPDATE: One month of use, one of the straps broke. Where it is supposed to have a loop stitched on one end, it completely unraveled during one of my sets rendering it useless. I got to a point in my RDLs where I knew I could lift more weight, but my grip wasn't strong enough to hold the barbell. I decided to get some gym straps to see if they would help. Sure enough, I was able to lift the weight! It's definitely a learning curb figuring out how to wrap them correctly and securely, but at the price, it's totally worth giving them a try. These will for sure up my PRs!

These wraps are made from a durable material and well made. Makes it easier to lift heavy as I struggle with small hands and weak grip. Must have!
