These really work, to help with congestion really help you to sleep

The item is slightly uncomfortable but I reckon it'll be something you get use to, additionally it does fall out or come loose on the occasion. That being said, I've had the best night sleep in a long time, so much so I was 2 hours late to work. I fell asleep before my partner and she didn't even realise I was asleep ( which is a miracle ), for the most part it solved my snoring. I highly recommend this product, I will try it again with nasal spray to see if that has any benefits. I'll most likely come back and re-review in a week's time to see if my opinion changes. Amazing product!

Brilliant product. It works for me. Once you get over the odd feeling in your nose and persevere for a while it's an amazing product. Makes my snoring a lot lot quieter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It falls off sometime during the night, have to look around for it next morning. It's very flimsy, expected better quality. I have a cheaper pair from a different make that was less than half the price and it's basically the same as this one. This one just came in a nicer box. I regret buying it. Can't return it, obviously, so just a waste of money.

If you are looking for a device to stop snoring this is NOT it! Snoring happens in throat not nose. However nasal diletor does what is described in its name. It is very effective in spreading nostrils and improving air flow making breathing through your nose easier. It's comfortable, it stays in my nose all night with tossing and turning. I use it with my sleep apnea machine and nasal mask. Ventilator is the only effective machine to stop snoring. I can say that with confidence after years of reaserch.

Comfortable but ultimately useless. My wife reported little change in my snoring. Expensive for what they are.

I keep hearing that one of the other dilators on the market is the best, and I am not getting agitated reading this - because I'd be distraught if I was unable to get Airmax. I think I've tried every single other one out there. The most popular other one is so painful to me that I cannot sleep on my side, plus fidgety to put in. Some of the reviews of Airmax seem to say that it falls out and is flimsy, but quite honestly I reuse mine over and over again, with a quick rinse. It's just a case of getting used to inserting it far enough, and even if it does slide down a little, I still have substantially better air flow. I absolutely love this product. However, I am quite environmentally aware, so would love them to make multi packs of these as each single one sold comes with so much packaging for one little device that it traumatises me! So if they were to offer a pack of three with a few quid off, I think it would be a great thing.
