I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this variety pack blew me away! Every shape was super yummy and incredibly easy to cook. It’s such a great alternative to regular pasta. It was light, low-cal, and still satisfying. The texture held up really well, and it paired beautifully with all kinds of sauces and flavors (especially pesto and spicy marinara!). Perfect for anyone watching carbs or calories but still craving that pasta feel. Will definitely be reordering!

If you don't like the "odor" that these noodles are prone to, these are for you. There's no off-putting smell or taste and they're nice and bouncy which is a texture I enjoy. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Skinny Variety Pack offers a fantastic low-carb, low-calorie alternative to traditional pasta. These fully cooked shirataki noodles are ready to eat right out of the package, making them an incredibly convenient and time-saving ingredient. The noodles possess minimal flavor, allowing them to absorb the seasonings and sauces of your dishes easily. This versatility makes them an ideal replacement for pasta in your favorite recipes. In terms of texture, Skinny noodles remarkably resemble authentic pasta. They provide a satisfying bite that will deceive even the most discerning palate. This characteristic makes them perfect for various culinary creations, from stir-fries to soups and salads. From a nutritional standpoint, these noodles are incredibly beneficial for those following keto, gluten-free, vegan, or paleo diets. They lack sugar, soy, and artificial ingredients, ensuring a healthy and wholesome meal. Whether you want to reduce carbohydrates, incorporate more fiber into your diet, or enjoy a delicious and healthy pasta alternative, It’s Skinny Variety Pack is an excellent choice. It delivers a guilt-free indulgence that will leave you feeling satisfied and energized.

This is likely the best pasta alternative that I’ve come across, and I’ve tried many. The texture is a bit lighter than traditional pasta, and it has a more springy “bite”, but I like that as it doesn’t feel or sit as heavy as wheat pasta. The flavor is very neutral, so it goes with absolutely everything you pair it with. You can’t beat the low carb and calorie content, so it’s perfect when you’re craving pasta but don’t want the calories or carbohydrates. Sounds great, right? It almost is - but… This comes already hydrated and packed in water. If you’re anything like me, you *detest* runny, watery sauce on your pasta (and pasta substitutes). I didn’t realize how much water this hangs on to, so my first meal was a runny, watery mess. Dislike. On my second meal, I drained thoroughly (as thoroughly as possible, anyway, this stuff REALLY holds a lot of liquid), and then I used a generous amount of paper toweling to further squeeze out every last bit of moisture that I could get out of it. That was much better, and really helped improve my dining experience, but I suggest doing this even 2-3 times more, as I still had more moisture than I think is ideal. Squeezing the moisture out of the larger pasta is far easier in the spaghetti and fettuccini. It’s kind of a lesson in futility with the orzo, though, as it sticks to the paper toweling a bit too well. I also tried just pressing it out while it was in my strainer, but that’s not very successful, either. For that reason, I won’t be purchasing the orzo and don’t recommend it, and likely also won’t recommend the angel hair, but if you really get the moisture out of the spaghetti and fettuccini before pairing with your sauce (maybe even cook it off a bit in a hot pan to reduce the moisture even further), there’s a lot of potential here as a great alternative to traditional pasta. I think it’s worth my time to experiment a bit further with this, so I’ve set up a Subscribe-and-Save subscription for the fettuccini (which IMO is the best of the bunch here), and will update my review if I find a way to make this an even more successful pasta alternative. Further, if the manufacturer has tips for reducing the moisture content prior to use, I’d love to know them, as that’s the thing that prohibits this from being a five star review.

It’s not a bland taste nor a bad smell and I like the texture particularly in the fettucini, but the big issue for me is it isn’t that convienent. Two plastic packages to get to the pasta that needs to be rinsed off before cooking and it can’t just be heated in the package in the microwave like the Barrillas pastas. I like the spaghetti and loved the fettucini. Haven’t tried the rice as I already have several bags of the quick convenient Uncle Ben’s Jasmine and Brown rices
