My computer works wonderfully. I was scared because of a few bad reviews listed ...most from completely different comps...but after checking it over, knock on wood, it's a great product. I'll update if I have any issues at all.

I am loving this laptop so far, last year I bought a smaller one because my older one broke, but I wasn't happy with it, so I upgraded it by buying this one. Its light weight and the screen is a good size for my needs. Its fast and convenient for the things I do. I use it to print things for my kids's schoolwork but also for some simple graphic designing I do for personal use. Sound quality is good and I don't need speakers like with my small one. I think it is a good laptop for the price.

Haven't used it too much yet, but no problems so far.

Easy set up, works perfectly with windows 11.

First they didn't send the memory card that was advertised with it then after less than 3 months of limited use the keyboard & ports stopped working so it's basically useless because no wireless keyboard works with it as well. Contacted HP & they said it was previously registered & couldn't help (which tells me it's the seller is more than likely selling used laptops but advertising them as new).

Runs faster than I thought it would. I'm happy with it.

Easy to set up, and works good for a Windows base computer. If it lasts, I'll be happy!

First it wouldn’t turn on, then the keyboard stopped working. Very disappointing. I’m trying to see if there weren’t. It works and I can return or get the replacement.
