Q: Is there a attachment to divert the steam/exhaust away from the back of the oven? The steam makes the underside of the cabinets very wet

Q: The door of my oven is very hard to open, is the spring to strong? Any fix?

So I use both hands, one on top of the oven, one on the door handle to open it. I like that it’s sturdy, unlike my previous Cuisinart steam oven, the door was easy to open but it broke after only couple of years.
