Pretty simple process with this tool although having a laser thermometer along with this item is handy also. A quick explanation on how to figure out condensation is turn this HYELEC on, let it adjust to the temp & humidity. Hit the dew point button. If any spot on the windows have that dew point temperature or lower, condensation will form. They can then try lowering humidity, raising the temperature and circulating the air. Any abnormal cold spots on the windows should be checked for leaks but often times it isn't the window it's the humidity levels and lack of air circulation.
