I love these so much that I have to force myself to not eat one every single day (nutritional diversity and all that). They don't irritate my IBS / SIBO, they're the perfect snack or breakfast on the go, and they taste really good. Perfect amount of crunch and chewiness. I only wish it had more protein, but not a big deal. I am still going to buy these by the box.

The most addicting bars! I’m so glad I found these. Very addicting!! My stomach has no issues with these as well with being on a low FODMAP diet. I take one with me everywhere I go. I highly recommend
