Pantech UML290 4G USB Modem (Verizon Wireless)

my old UML90 died so I called Verizon, which wanted to sell me a WiFi box that did 5G but had no wired inputs (at all). I have 50 connections on my network (PoE cameras, DVRs, home theatre amps that don't do WiFi. The solution is the Pantech UML90 plugged into a Cradlepoint router, which has 4 connections. This is not a new device, i.e., not 5G capable .. but it at least does the job for me.

Does not work with new computers. It will be returned. Costly at $100.00.Had to purchase an updated modem from Verizon that works great at $80.00The Pantech UML290 4G will be returned to Amazon for credit.E-55

We needed this specific USB style modem for an application. The signal is strong. we don't have drops and it holds perfect for what we use it for. They don't make this Pantech any more so if this is what you want I'd buy two.

No SIM card included. Fraud.

Works great. I am using this with a Peplink Surf SOHO router as an alternative to my Verizon router I had. Works so much better and never drops the connection

Works great!, I've used this to get internet in places even my new Galaxy S6 struggles and it works great with verizon.
