Preferred trail snack or lunch treat. Taste is good, quantity/portion size works, and if there is a little energy bump out of these so much the better! Way less messy than gel. Skiing, biking, day hikes or backpacking, these are a tasty right-sized choice. Some of the other flavors sound a little less appetizing.

Love to use these for running and hiking. Perfect for extra energy. Taste like a treat. But wish they used real honey.

I can easily fold these up and put them in my secret pocket. Great when in a pinch and need a secret snack. Love these things. Taste is great. They make my belly feel good.

When I learned energy waffles were a thing, I had to try them. They're less waffle and more cookie. They're thin but soft without crumbling. The honey and vanilla flavors are both really good. I think I prefer the honey ones, but I look forward to trying the other flavors too. I brought these to a music festival, and they were the perfect snack. They're surprisingly filling and get rid of hunger. I will absolutely buy more.
