Are these boots waterproof?

Only if treated they don’t come waterproof

Are the brown boots wide width?

I believe these would be in the middle range, mine are not wide.

I wear a size 7.5 in men what size would be recommended to get ?

I wear a men 13 wide (US), and I bought a men 12 (standard width, US) and its still a little long in the toe. The width can stretch a lot, these conform very well to your feet. These stretched perfectly to me, but took about 5 miles of walking after treating with dr. Martens wonder balsom (not hard to find as accessories to these boots on here) before they where actually comfortable. 10 miles before I decided I loved them. So in your case I would do a men 7 unless you have narrow feet, and the width will stretch to fit. They will be tight for the first couple miles at least (I dont tie the top 2 rows of eyelets because of width), by far my favorite shoes ive ever worn highly recommended.
