Excellent. This Samsung TV was purchased to replace a 12 year old Samsung TV with a damaged screen and so of course this was a dramatic improvement. From unpacking through to set up and finish took around 15 minutes using the remote control, there is the option to link your phone but this seemed to take forever and I abandoned this procedure after an hour. It only takes one person to handle and set up the TV as it is reasonably light given it's size. Picture quality is superb and everything from movies stored on USB devices, amazon prime and terrestrial TV is upscaled to 4K quality. When watching movies you have the option to watch in Movie mode which gives a more authentic and nostalgic feel to those older movies. If you have avi. and wma. files then this TV does not support them and hence can't play them, a minor gripe but hey I can live with that. Sound quality with the inbuilt TV speakers is crystal clear and again superb, no need to buy a soundbar, another nice feature is the standby light which has been strategically placed under the TV so when the TV is switched off the standby light is not glowing at you from the front. Nice touch. Overall I'm very pleased with this TV and I would strongly recommend it to anyone. I did look at other makes such as TCL and HiSense which were in a similar price range but I chose the Samsung due to a professional recommendation and so far so good. One last thing, when viewing the screen from different angles, the picture quality does not alter or deteriorate, a sign of a good television.

Great TV for the price. I really wanted a Samsung TV as all my devices are Samsung, so it's great to have them linked. It's incredibly easy to set up - it's connects to your Wi-Fi and it does its own thing, no need to fiddle around. It has a great picture and sound quality, therefore it's a great purchase, which I definitely recommend. I also love the functional home screen when you turn it on, which you can edit, so it shown all your currently watched series and your favourite channel.

The tv is excellent, immaculate picture quality, great sound. But we nearly returned it as the makers for some reason felt the need to promote gb news to us on set up. As the far right is happy to target korean companies, it was particularly perplexing. My Samsung phone reminds me of how dedicated Samsung is the the UN development goals all the time, but my tv is happy to promote racism, homophobia, misogyny and horrific hate speech against migrants and trans people. Very disappointing

First one came with broken screen decent tv for money but software is very sluggish at best

It's a good TV it took some setting up you have to watch the help team they took 35 pounds off me without my permission. I'm an oap so I can't afford to give money away they didn't really help I did it myself in the end.

Delighted with my purchase. Picture and sound excellent and for a lady of 79 easy to use.

Tv arrived damaged and we only learned Christmas Day - customer service was absolutely amazing and got us a new one out asap. TV is a dream, you have to play with the colour settings to find what you prefer, seems to scale up older sizes movies to fit screen which causes pixelated viewing the settings can fix that

Bought as a replacement for the replacement tv. Had a Samsung before that went wrong constantly. Had it repaired under warranty three times and when the warranty expired and the tv went wrong again I decided not to buy another Samsung… the replacement make was appalling so I got a refund and went straight back to Samsung. Sound and picture are amazing and the cost was fantastic. It has all the smart features you would expect and all the apps you could need. I’ll stick with Samsung from now on.
