I’ve been using this liquid B complex for about 6 weeks now and wanted to share my thoughts on the actual product experience. The dropper bottle is convenient and makes it easy to measure out the recommended dose each morning. The sublingual application is straightforward - just hold it under your tongue for about 30 seconds before swallowing. The taste is pretty strong and medicinal, definitely not pleasant but not unbearable either. It has that typical vitamin B taste that’s kind of metallic and bitter. I usually chase it with some water or juice to get rid of the aftertaste. The liquid consistency is thicker than I expected, almost syrupy, which helps it stay under your tongue better. The bottle size seems like it will last about 2 months with daily use as directed. The dropper works well and hasn’t gotten clogged or sticky yet. I keep it in the fridge as suggested on the label and it hasn’t changed consistency or developed any weird smell. The packaging is professional looking and the ingredient list is clearly marked. One thing that’s annoying is that if you accidentally get it on your fingers it leaves a slight stain that takes some scrubbing to remove. The no-return refund policy they mention is reassuring if you don’t like it. For the price its comparable to other liquid vitamin products I’ve seen. Would I continue using it? Yeah, the convenience of the liquid format works well for my routine even though the taste isn’t great.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Arrived today and worked immediately for an energy boost. Good taste, and you feel great after you take a dose. I was diagnosed with CSD. Cat Scratch Disease. After my cat scratched the corner of my eye, and got his claw stuck there. I’ve been Lethargic and have had swollen lymph nodes for a month. Spending most of my time in the bed. After one dose I feel the best I have felt in 4 weeks. I’m ready to see the amazing heath benefits to the nails, with the awesome ingredients. Side note: My cat didn't mean to hurt me. I startled him and he slapped me in the face getting his claw hung in the corner of my eye. So it’s my fault for walking by him while he was napping. Plus he is antisocial and doesn't really like anyone. He’s a good boy.

I noticed a huge difference i will definitely buy again and I have been recommending and sharing with everyone about this ! I got this because it has everything you need even the Folic acid is 5-mthf which is non synthetic which is why i got this particular one. I take this with fish oils and I notice a huge difference. The flavor greatly reminds me of a fruity Flintstone vitamin. I was taking to much cause i felt like the more the better, right ? Nope.. I found out that if you take to much vitamin B it can cause mood swings so i lowered my dose back down haha but i got the right dose now and consecutive energy throughout the day with no mid day crash and no jitters

Great amount in this bottle. Only needed once per day. Smell-like a string multivitamin or prenatal vitamin so if you’re sensitive to smell, don’t buy this. Taste-too sweet like artificial berries. It’s very thick which I can tolerate. Or you can add it to juice but you can still smell it. Value as compared to like products is good. Others were $30+ Absorption- pretty high. If you can smell it I. Your body’s removal system AKA, then it’s absorbing. I have not seen any skin improvements so 🤷🏽‍♀️ This is a personal decision. I do hope this review helps.

I started using these B-complex drops daily and instantly noticed an improvement in my energy and focus. The taste is mild and pleasant compared to most liquid vitamins I’ve tried. I finally made the switch! I finally had heard enough about methylated vitamins. I have been taking these for about three weeks and have noticed some positive changes with hair growth and less fatigue to name a few. I just wish that it smelled better coming out, instead of that sewer urine smell.. as most B vitamins do!

love the fact that i can add this to my water and it tastes good and it helps me have all the b vitamins i need. It is great for energy. I take it in the mornings or before a work out. Great supplement.

Well it SAYS cherry flavor, but if you put this ON a cherry, you wouldn't taste cherry!!! It tastes like they forgot to flavor it. Tastes like medicine, chew an aspirin or a Tylenol to see what I mean!!! Doesn't smell as bad as it tastes, but according to the list of vitamins and the price, it is good value for the money but no way to tell how good a vitamin is because it takes time and testing to see what your body does to process it. I have been getting a similar Vitamin Complex from another company on Amazon, at least theirs is red and tastes similar to a cherry product. This is a yellow green and YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
