I am leaving an honest review after using these hair growth vitamins for a while. Overall, I’ve seen some positive results, in particular, I definitely noticed a decrease in hair shedding, which is why I ordered another bottle to continue for a second couple of months. The formula includes a high dose of biotin, collagen, OptiMSM®, and saw palmetto, which are all marketed to help support stronger hair, skin, and nails and reduce hair loss. That said, there are a few important things I think future buyers should know: Take them with food. I learned the hard way that these pills are not gentle on an empty stomach. There’s no clear labeling on the bottle about this, so I took them first thing in the morning before eating… and ended up nauseous and throwing up for most of the day. I later read other reviews mentioning the same issue, so this definitely impacted my experience and is part of why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. The pills are pretty big. You’ll want to take them with plenty of water, and I wouldn’t recommend taking them right before bed. They can feel heavy and uncomfortable if you try to fall asleep with them in your system. Results take time and consistency. I’ve noticed less shedding so far, but I think consistency matters. I can’t say they worked miracles overnight, and like many supplements with biotin and collagen, results vary by person. Some people on other platforms share mixed experiences with biotin and similar hair formulas. Some see benefits and others less so, which aligns with what I’ve found. Good potential for helping with hair shedding and strength, but be mindful of how you take them and don’t expect instant results. The lack of clear instructions on the packaging definitely brought the overall experience down a bit.

Love this! Been using it for about 2 weeks and it has worked wonders! I am surprised on how fast these pills have worked on me! I was desperate with how much hair I was loosing every time I brushed or passed my hand thru my hair. I brush my hair now and literally not one single strain of hair comes out. I will definitely keep buying them.

It has been working well. Way less shedding. Only I just realized how much Vitamin A is in it. 2700 mcg, which is 300%. My daily protein shake has 750mcg. That puts me over the 3000 mcg upper limit. So I have been overdosing on Vitamin A for months now. Have to find a different supplement. Check your Vitamin A doses on your other vitamin sources.

It really does make my thin hair fuller. My nails are no longer cracking & splitting. I’m so glad I purchased this product.
