I’ve flown this drone a few times since it arrived and overall, I’m quite happy with it. Both takeoff and landing are smooth. It’s friendly for beginners like me who don’t have much flying experience. The camera quality is better than I expected — video is clear in daylight and footage is stable. It handles calm weather well, and doesn’t drift much. The build feels solid, not cheap. There’s a bit of weight to it, which actually helps with stability. All in all, it’s a good drone for casual use or beginners. Nothing too fancy, but everything works as it should. For the price, I think it offers solid value.

While the drone so far is exceptional and surprisingly easy to fly. The phone holder is a joke. No way will it hold most phones. Even if it did the weight makes the remote control awkward to handle. Fortunately can do most things with remote. Just no display. I also have issues with the lense cover. It was not on when I got the unit and it does not want to stay on. Have to glue it on. If these things are going to rely on a smart phone then they need a better holder. Also directions for the app would be a big help. And rufus lies. It does not have a return home feature.

This drone was very helpful for my husband to see what is going on with our roof. We had some recent storms and were concerns about damage, so we bought this drone to take a look at the roof. It is easy to set up and operate. It does take a little practice learning how to maneuver but once we were able to practice a bit, it worked really well to give us a visual of the roof. There are two areas of concern for potential buys to consider. First, it was difficult to maintain and internet connection with the drone once it was over the house. The drone kept dropping the internet so we had some challenges viewing the driveway side of the roof. The other issue that wasn't a problem. It others have noted this as well, is that the battery only lasts about 25-30 minutes so you need to keep that in mind when flying over the house so the darn thing doesn't loose power and fall or crash.

My son LOVES this! He's been flying around the property (we live in the country) and having a blast. I actually used it to find a blown off shingle on the roof and I was able to get a close up photo. The picture quality is great. It's very lightweight so don't use it in a high wind, but other than that it seems very durable. The battery lasts longer than I expected and it maneuvers very precisely. All in all, this is a great value for the price and a great beginner model for kids OR adults.

The Plegble PL-510 is a very capable entry-level drone. It’s lightweight, foldable, and easy to fly thanks to one button takeoff, altitude hold, and headless mode—perfect for beginners. It also comes with a carrying case and can fit a few extra accessories. The 1080p HD camera captures decent footage in good light. I love the controller mount for a phone to see the FPV view via the PL RC App. The app video setup was SUPER EASY. Dual batteries give around 25–30 minutes total flight time, which is respectable for the price. My only nitpick is that the video can get shaky in low light, but I dont recommend flying at night anyway. Still, for casual flying and learning the basics of drone control, the PL-510 delivers EXCELLENT value!!! Perfect for outdoor flying - but I designed and 3D Printed some blade fan guards just in case I wreck. I have already crashed hard twice indoors without the blade guards, and the drone doesnt have a scratch - a testament ot the high quality build. I also recommend this for all ages. I'm nearly 40 have this is my 2nd drone, and I havent had this much fun with a piece of tech in years!!!
