Not worth it
Day 1 itself I faced right ear buds charging issue. Not able to return as it was manufacturing defect. Now have to go Samsung service centre to fix this issue. And I observed sound lag while watching videos. I don't think it's worth paying this much of amount this item. Don't listen to youtube reviews either.

Earbuds stopped working
It stopped working after 15 days. It gets connected to my phone however there is no sound output either when on a call or listening to music. Tried all the troubleshooting videos and live assistant chat support, nothing works.

Poor service and defective product received
To Amazon Customer Service,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order. I placed an order on July 12th, which I received on July 21st. Upon using the product for only one day, I discovered it had a manufacturing defect.I promptly took the defective product to a service center today. I was informed that a replacement would not be available for another week. This delay, coupled with receiving a defective item, reflects a significant lapse in service from both Amazon and the seller.This experience has been highly inconvenient, and I will consider purchasing directly from the market for future needs."
