Best brand ever, this product was in excellent tip top shape and functionality.

Cumple con las características, funciona con fluidez y no hay ningún tema en ese sentido, pero la pantalla a partir del segundo día comenzó a parpadear hasta el punto de hacerla inutilizable, el cual no es reparable con software sino es un problema de hardware, hace falta más cuidado en ese sentido en cuanto a la revisión que se le realiza a estos dispositivos reacondicionados, ya que de lo contrario se obtiene una experiencia amarga.

Ihr Kundenservice sagte sogar, sie hätten nur Klasse C mit Schäden … aber sie bieten trotzdem einen in ausgezeichnetem Zustand auf Amazon an. Das ist eindeutig eine Lockvogeltaktik, da sie nicht die Absicht haben, Ihnen das zu schicken, was Sie bestellt haben. Sie hoffen, dass Sie die schlechten Geräte behalten, da sie keine guten haben, das ist eine Lüge. Fehlende Füße, überall Dellen und Kratzer, ein Splitter an der Seite des Bildschirms und Tasten in der falschen Reihenfolge, wo sollten die denn sein?! La máquina llegó a tiempo, en perfectas condiciones, en caja genérica pero con folletos y cargador original. Hasta el momento funciona de maravilla y estoy simplemente satisfecho con el producto. Ampliamente recomendado.

This is my second time buying laptop from this company and I couldnt even tell that this is the secondhand laptop. The package was insanely nice you will have the feeling of unboxing new laptop and all. For the price this item is the best if the best you could get
