My screen is back! The quality is great only this is that it's not as bright as the original but I still edit perfectly and watch my shows it's all good. I'm giving this a 5/5 the fit was perfect. Everything worked perfect. It's been I believe 6 months now and still works great.

The item was purchased in August and was installed correctly, working properly until today when it suddenly failed. The product arrived in good condition; this is clearly a manufacturing defect, not a shipping issue. I have already shared photos clearly showing the defect. Amazon instructed me to contact the manufacturer, yet no manufacturer contact information is provided anywhere. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. A product like this should not fail after only a few months of normal use, and leaving the customer without support or guidance is unreasonable. I am requesting immediate contact from the manufacturer to resolve this issue through a replacement or warranty solution.

After seeing the good reviews of this store, I chose this one. It certainly didn't disappoint me. The packaging is very careful, there are several layers inside and out. I installed it twice. The first time was unsuccessful and the display did not light up. After consulting customer service and reinstalled, success! Thank you very much for the help. The tools that come with the display are very useful, and there is no need to buy installation tools yourself.

The screen on the outside looks identical, which is great. The quality of the picture is slightly different, with the colors being just a smidge off. But the camera is horrible. It's like 1980's tech. Still, I'd recommend this as a good option to Apple's 600+ repair. Installing it wasn't difficult if you have the right tools and follow a good YT video. 5 stars for the customer service!
