The sizing is good and iut kjeeos my knees well protected. HIghly recommend and I'd buy them again if they ever need replacement.

These are really well made and aren't bulky knee pads like I'm used to, which is great. The only thing is that for a large size, I would have expected them to be slightly larger. I suspect they will stretch a bit which is fine, but there was some light pinching to start. I still think they are a great purchase.
