I’ve tried a few different red bean pastes, and this one from Fusion Select is definitely my favorite. The texture is super smooth and easy to work with — perfect for making mochi, bao, or pastries. It has just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering, and the flavor tastes fresh and authentic. I also appreciate that it comes sealed well and stays good in the fridge after opening. Great quality product — I’ll definitely be buying it again!

Could’ve been sweeter, kinda grainy, which is a sign of lower quality, wasn’t so happy about the price per oz either. Personally go shop at your local Asian market if possible & get a different brand that has better quality control
