Why doesn't this unit require venting, where does all the steam and heat go?

I have one. It's a sealed heat pump system. All that moisture is condensed out through a heat exchanger and goes out through the drain pump as water. The cool air is then sent into a compressor where its heated, and then a fan blows it into the drum. Once the air is in the drum, the warm moist air is drawn back out where it passes through a 2 stage filter and then back into heat exchanger where the air is cooled and the water condenses out, and the cycle repeats. There isn't any excess moisture or humidity in the laundry room. In fact, there's less humidity and heat in the laundry room now compared to when we had our traditional washer and dryer
