smaller than advertised
Will be returning. Size is inaccurate, much smaller than described and the head is tilted to the side. Looking back through other reviews it appears other buyers have had the same experience since 2012. Very disappointing as we waited a while since we purchased from UAE and it shipped from the States.

I got him for Christmas and I absolutely love him! He was so much softer than I thought. He's 16 inches which is a perfect size, well made, and worth every buck you pay! Yes his fur is a tad bit itchy but it's not that bad other than that i have no complaints! The detail is so beautiful and he looks so real! He's perfect for an emotional support stuffed animal, gift, for your kid, your friend, family, or yourself! He is so pawmazing! :3

I literally love her so much!! she's my first ESSA ever and I am OBSESSED!! Her name is River and she is absolutely perfect! she came right on time, she's perfect size, and great quality! I highly recommend this pup to anyone who just needs a new cuddle buddy! I'm so obsessed with the Douglas dogs, that I already have another on the way! She is so soft, and perfectly posable! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! don't hesitate anymore!! BUY THIS SWEET BABY!!! :)
