I used this product several years ago after my Integrative Practitioner suggested DIM + CDG. She recommended one that she sold in office, but this product was less expensive and had the same recommended dosages. After taking it for about a year, her nurse practitioner pulled me off of it because my numbers looked good. Fast forward to this year. I am 53 and working through perimenopause. After months of not feeling like myself, I thought I would give this product a chance again. It has made such a difference in my daily life. My energy level is much better, and my brain fog has improved as well. Many people say it helps with weight loss, which I did experience the first time I took it, but this time around, I don't think it has helped specifically with weight loss, but it has helped with my energy and overall motivation, so I have been able to push through my workouts with more effort as well as endurance. It is not a magic pill...but it is close enough! I recommend discussing with your doctor whether DIM + CDG is right for you, and if so, I highly recommend this product.

I like this brand for DIM and calcium glucarate. It is good that it comes in a combination. It helps to reduce or eliminate fibrocystic breasts, and it also helps to clear the skin from hormonal issues. I have used it for years. The only downside is that it is only a 30 day supply. It is medium priced. It works well for estrogen dominance as well. Definitely a go to for me.

This is a trusted brand that I have been using for over 15 years. It’s been extremely helpful in reducing my high estrogen. Both of these ingredients are crucial for that. In the beginning, I needed to take two a day because my estrogen was so high but I have reduced it to one a day. Great product.

Recommended both by me and my doctor. Not only this formation, but this particular brand and formation. I am a male and am on hormone therapy (Low-T). For men who are unfortunately like we, we have our blood tested, a lot. Some are blessed to receive their Testosterone via creams, gels or patches and that is all they need. For people like me, we have significant issues addressed only through weekly injections and we also need to maintain a healthy estrogen level which can easily get out of control as testosterone rises to "normal" levels. I have been receiving a prescription anti-estrogen (Tamoxifen) for a couple of years. It has worked remarkably well and I have had no real issues with estrogen levels moving too much (or testosterone). However, recently my numbers started fluctuating considerably and the estrogens spiked. In addition to a slight increase in Tamoxifen my doctor specifically recommended Jarrow DIM+CDG. DIM is not particularly easy to find locally and no local stores carry any brands with the CDG added. My doctor advised this will help to add stability to the fluctuating levels. Additionally, just plain DIM locally generally runs about 50% more expensive than this brand with the CDG on Amazon. Again my levels have fluctuated very little until recently, but now with the addition of this product once daily with a meal my levels (both Estrogen and Testosterone) are stabilized and within normal limits. This is within about 21 days of beginning use. So either the results are really extraordinary or they are purely coincidental in all honesty, but I do feel far better using this product and now will have this delivered monthly as I am sold on it. If you are on Testosterone therapy or any other hormone replacement therapy while I received great results and this was recommended for my by my doctor, I would suggest talking to your doctor before adding it. It will have an affect (likely lower your estrogen) on your blood tests and your doctor should be informed before your do begin using.

I started taking DIM for PCOS. It hasn't been a miracle worker, but it seems to have put an end to my cycle of hormonal breakouts. I would get HUGE, deep cystic zits on my chin that would take weeks to heal. I noticed they would pop up more frequently when I consumed too much dairy or an excess amount of biotin (from supplements). Since I began taking DIM, I haven't gotten a single one, even though I've been taking a multivitamin that contains 2000% of my DRV of biotin. I have experienced very few of the negative side effects. I think everyone should give this stuff a try.

I take bio-identical hormones and this product really help with breast tenderness from the estrogen patches. The pharmacy recently changed the brand of patch I was using and I had a really painful bout of breast tenderness. I took one of these pills and the tenderness went away. This was recommended to me by my functional medicine provider. I highly recommend it!

I originally purchased an alternate brand of this supplement at a med spa, but it was much more expensive. I’m so happy I looked for a different brand because this one works really well and is a fraction of the price! And the other brand says to take two a day and this one you only need one. I take these in the morning and it helps with my sleep! It also helps some people lose weight, but I’m unfortunately not one of the lucky ones who see those affects. But the sleep help is worth it’s weight in gold!
