First of All I was happy with the shipment. Arrived on time and even included a NA adaptor. As for the Key2 itself I am extremely happy. I had a PRIV and was not sure about making the jump but so glad I did. The device is super fast and I love the keyboard. I have not missed a single thing about the PRIV so far. The resolution is not the same but my tired eyes are actually happier :-) Not a big camera user but so far it has been good to me. Read so many tech reviews and using it is very different then reading about it. I am definitely happy and not looking back.

I realize few Americans still consider BlackBerry even a contender in the smart phone market. But, this BlackBerry Key2 is absolutely amazing. My phone is for work, so I don't care about a lot of games. I care about function, and this phone can function. Because it's based on an Android OS, I can download whatever apps I want from the Google playstore. And, with the speed and memory, this phone doesn't bog down!! Best of all, the battery really does last. I am a pretty heavy user, so it wouldn't be unusual for my phone to die before the day was over. With this new battery, though, I can start early in the day and go through evening without running out of juice. Haven't been out of the country since purchasing this phone almost two months ago, but with the option for a second sim card, I'm expecting to have use of it in East Africa where I travel for humanitarian work. That possibility is part of the reason I chose this particular phone, and I'm excited to try it out.

I was afraid that I'd never have another keyboard phone, but this one has enough battery life to play Pokemon Go for hours and a very functional keyboard! Admittedly, since it's not a slider, the keyboard is statically at the bottom of the phone, but it has a good enough screen that you probably will stop really noticing, and I've not had any issues with the device turning itself on while in my pocket.

Bought this and it worked well for almost a year. It recently received an update and now it will not connect to TMobile. Blackberry wont warranty repair it because according to them it was purchased from a "non authorized seller" and it was "not intended for your region". Apparently it's made for use only in the UAE.

I bought a blackberry device that is supposed to work in the US< and the seller shipped me a phone limited to use in China !!!!!! It is a fraud. I deserve a refund, even a partial refund. The description of the product did not say product limited to China use. FRAUD!!! Eduardo Pamplona

Perfect seller perfect phone as listed. Works great... couple months now and this is the best phone ever made in my opinion. Has all the modern Android features, touch screen, which is large enough for videos too, plus the keyboard with BlackBerry style.

A truly excellent phone

Buen producto si buscas fiabilidad para escribir, rapidez en la gestión de comunicaciones y seguridad. La calidad del móvil es excelente en fotografía y rendimiento. La batería da por todo un día con uso continuado y para dos con uso normal. Desde luego no satisface a los frikis de la tecnología, pero al resto de los mortales, sí. La única pega, el precio.

It’s not the uk model even though it has a qwerty keyboard. The only difference being the volume buttons are located in a different place and the power button is on the opposite side. That said however it is a great device. I’ve been a BlackBerry user for nearly 20 years and there is definitely a noticeable difference between the key one and the key2. Great seller. Item arrived fairly quickly. V happy with purchase

Battery is draining faster than expected. Otherwise I am happy with this product, upgrading from the KeyOne.
