did not receive an r36max but instead received a smaller portable gaming thing with a smaller screen, less buttons and a weaker cpu. It's only loaded with around 400 games and not over a thousand like the r36max should have. It was a decent value at the $10 price when I bought it though which is why it gets a bonus star. The games are a bit basic and my kids were not fans of them.

It works, and the games are fun. It comes with a Li-ion Battery! It has plenty of minor issues (volume control is in a bad spot, screen is dim, it rattles), some translations are odd, and it's a Chinese-language-first kind of device. For the price, I can overlook all that and just enjoy some classic NES games (Mario 3, TMNT, and Contra). To clarify, the one I purchased has no analog control sticks and was priced under $10. It's not actually pictured in the listing anymore.

Well it was great when it worked. Worked good for about a month or so. Totally died...screen blank but you can hear sounds. We factory reset it. Worked for for a day and back to the same blank screen. For as much as this cost you would think it would last longer. My 10 yr old son loved it and is now crying AGAIN that it doesn't work. Thanks alot, but crappy product.
