I buy this every 3 months and love this coffee. It is a strong shot of espresso, you can taste the difference between this pod and the lighter pods. That being said, it is very smooth and not overpowering, I love it with oat milk and a splash of creamer in the morning. It is always packaged well. I love my lavazza coffee!

I really wanted to love this purchase because the coffee itself is excellent. The Lavazza Espresso Maestro Intenso pods deliver a rich, bold flavor with a smooth finish—exactly what I was hoping for in an espresso. Unfortunately, the buying experience completely overshadowed the quality of the product. I ordered a set of 6 packs (10 capsules each) but only received a single pack. I waited over a month assuming the rest might arrive separately, but nothing ever showed up. I also tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and never received a response. It’s disappointing because the coffee is genuinely great, but the lack of fulfillment and zero customer support makes this seller unreliable. I’d recommend the product itself, but I’d be very cautious about purchasing from this listing or seller again.
