This bra does that, it’s easy to fasten up at the front. The only issue I had was that the sizing is quite small so I had to return one and get a bigger size. If I was being picky, it would be better if the support came a bit higher under the armpit as well, to help the swelling there, but other than that it’s a really nice bra for post surgery.
