I took Elevit during my 12 weeks of pregnancy. I like that it's simple and compact: just one tablet a day with no unpleasant taste. After a week, I started to feel some constipation, but I resolved it by drinking more water and taking the pill after breakfast. I didn't experience severe nausea. Best of all: it gives me peace of mind knowing it provides essential nutrients from before conceiving until after delivery. It also helped with my hair growth. The vitamin is very good since it contains everything you need during pregnancy.

Best vitamins ever! I’m buying them over and over again. Used them before I was pregnant, during and after with both of my pregnancy’s . 6 months postpartum and these still are the best I have tried. Definitely recommend if you plan on breastfeeding, to feel energized and full of strength.

The package and packaging of the product were damaged. That gives me insecurity to consume the product because it can harm me as a person and a developing being, in addition that it’s a very expensive product.

Best is to eat it in the middle of the meal or it will burn the stomach. Before sleeping is definitely a no-no. Sometimes leave a metallic taste. I also learnt by new mothers that 3 tablets a day os more effecient than 1 dose a day. So I'll change brand I think.
