How should I take the product?

The Oral Probiotics are best taken at night before bed (the last thing after brushing. etc). Best to let DISSOLVE, with minimal chewing. Avoid food/drink for 30 minutes to allow the bacteria to populate.

Will it affect them working properly if I use a mouth wash twice per day?

We suggest mouthwash or flossing BEFORE use to allow the probiotics to have time to populate in the mouth and do their work. Using a gentle, alcohol-free mouthwash, such as our OraRestore, that does not kill beneficial bacteria will work.

How long do oral probiotics take to work?

Everyone’s oral health is different. The first task is to balance the oral microbiome—letting the good bacteria crowd out the bad. Then as a healthy balance is restored, the oral cavity is able to heal and repair to a good states.

Can you take these when you are already taking a probiotic for gut health?

Our oral probiotics target only the mouth, not the gut. Therefore you may use them with a regular probiotic for gut health. You can even simply hold them in the mouth, swish them around for a minute or so, and then spit out any remains.

Does it contain any allergens?
