I lost finger print reading functionality but I expected little from a $50 screen to a $300 phone. If you want higher quality then buy a better phone. My screen wouldn't work and now it does.

Installed the screen and it worked for 1 week, now it is purple and blue screen of death.

This screen does work as a replacement for my Samsung A526U, however one hole wasn't exactly cut to fit and I had to shave it down for a board to seat properly, the touchscreen response is lagging, freezes frequently, the coloration and brightness is just slightly off in an annoying way, and most importantly the screen is a bit thicker than the original which makes it protrude from protective cases. Within a month of normal use my new screen replacement is already broken because of its abnormal thickness. I regret buying this screen, and should have spent more on a better quality replacement from the get-go. You get what you pay for, as the saying goes.

Okay this is a very cheap screen it actually cracked a week after I got it actually maybe 2 weeks and other than that when the phones just sitting there it's so bright it's like the screen is on it lights up the whole room at night time the screen stops working I have to turn the screen off and turn it back on this happens every few minutes.
