Delicious and comes in variety flavors. Great deal on the pricing. My kids love this.

I generally drink Powerade zero but I wanted to try the various flavors of Gatorade and it was delicious. I would say that the sugar content is about the same as the other electrolyte drinks. The bottle size is the right portion.
